I applied for Macy's Online, at first I thought it would be a long process but it actually turned out to be a short application. I uploaded my resume and skills then the system put all my info. into the database. The next day I woke up and in my email was a Request for an interview .

Applied online and received an e-mail to set up an interview within that same week. Showed up on the scheduled day and waited in HR until I was called on, the interview went okay. A lot of behavioral questions since they wanted someone who'd step in and work as a cashier at times.

Lady who interviewed me was 20 minutes late. Very polite but seemed biased since I had no experience. I tried to answer her questions with what she wanted to hear and match my sills to the jobs required skills.
