Before my interview started, I had the opportunity to observe the flow of the clinic, seeing the physical therapy aides walking into the waiting room to bring patients back to the gym. After that, I interviewed with the clinical director for about 20 minutes. Lastly, I did a working interview where I observed treatments and tried to help wherever I could by wiping off treatment tables etc.
