Very straightforward interview process. Covered basic information and motivation for the role, then a few standardised questions. No real curveball questions. You're given a good chance to say your piece and include anything you didn't get to mention through the other questions.

Cover letter/resume, Group stage activity then interview. The group stage activity was a spaghetti structure thing, where we had to construct the tallest tower within a time limit. The interview was with a HR rep and a partner.
