Very casual setting in the gallery. First they went through the job description and then asked about my experiences and interests. They seemed more focused on personality vs experience and stressed the importance of dressing well

Super casual vibe, not like an interview at all more like they’re selling the job to you. Honestly wouldn’t recommend it based on how it went. Felt off and not good.
