The interview process was a sit down with the store manager in the shopping center. The main focus was on how I would help customers and how I would describe my style aesthetic. It was a very laid back vibe to the interview. I could tell a lot of it was if I looked "Madewell." Guess I passed!

She read off about 12 questions directly from the page, making it feel like more of an interrogation than a conversation. This interview wasn't necessarily difficult, just repetitive and disingenuous.
