They first contacted me on the phone as a preliminary interview. A few days later they contacted me through their web portal and asked me to come in for an in person interview. After that, they called me once more and offered me the job.
Contacted via phone to organise time in person. I was taken into the office and had a series of questions asked. A practicle situation was roleplayed. Easy process, manager was good.
