I applied online, via a job posting that listed a full time position with a $19-$29 pay range. I went to my first interview and quickly learned it was a part time position with a $16-$19 pay range. I was annoyed, but went through the motions and had a good time during my interview regardless. They wanted to conduct a second interview but I ghosted them, because I found the dishonesty/disconnect between the listing and actual available position extremely alarming.

Very easy interview process. Questions weren't hard - they were mainly focused on seeing what experience you have and how you combat difficult situations. It felt like if you had pervious experience in the position then you were taken pretty seriously.

It was a casual interview with the team. I met with Store Director and other managers in the store, was able to view the layout and meet the sales associates. It wasn't super tough and it was nice to have more relaxed environment.
