First round: SQL knowledge test and coding algorithm test Second round: In-person interview with support manager I was offered the position at the end of my second-round interview. They spent the next 7 months telling me that they would get back to me ASAP about a start date, before telling me the position was closed. I've never seen this level of unprofessionalism in my life. Every time I managed to speak to them, they assured me that there was only a formality or two before I could start, and then they would stop responding to my communications for a month.

Overall bad experience. Would not recommend to proceed with this company. Unprofessional environment with little redeeming qualities. The management is incompetent and often unclear with desired direction. Look elsewhere in my opinion
