It wasn't very lengthy. After the CV screening had an interview with HR and then the department head. Quite smooth. The HR representatives were very friendly and supportive during the whole process.

Was interviewed by senior management, over three rounds. They were really nice people and mostly tried to understand about my work background and how I would fit in the role and my overall motivations. My issue was with the HR team members who really are out of sync
