Complete time waste process. Nothing great about this company. One of the recruiters has given me a call regarding the interview, I reached there and tried calling him. Recruiter did not respond. I finally went in and met somebody else inside. One of the recruiters has come to me and did like a initial screening about myself and what type of work I have done with my previous company. It was not even like a interview, then they took me to another floor where they have given me a requirement and I was asked to source relevant profiles based on the given job description. Once this was over, I met the team lead and again the same thing repeated. Finally, I have met the manager for the final round. Salary that they offer for the recruiters in this consultancy is way too low. If any of the candidates are desperately looking for a job and have no other way out, then maybe this company can be your place to work. The salary offered to me was less than my current salary as they have some type of incentive plan which is not included in the compensation part. I rejected Interview process is very bad too, they can do much better! Basically after reading some of the reviews here on Glassdoor actually helped me make my decision easily. If you are not into a good team then definitely you'll have to handle a lot of pressure and risk with your career while working here.

1.Aptitude round 2.face 2 face 3.PI Questions where not so tough.please go through all recruitment life cycle process.They check with communication but the overall experience was good,and I got the offer. All the best
