There was no HR interview
I was directed to meet with PM director.
Only HR intervention was 3 days later at time when intentions to provide me with an offer via phone call.
It was hard to heard my current compensation was way above their target.
It Could save us at Lot of time if filter prior technical interview takes place by HR in this regards.
