Pros: The interview started on time. Cons: The interviewer swore during the conversation, which felt unprofessional. Instead of a structured discussion, I was given a 60-minute PowerPoint presentation that would have been better suited for new hire orientation. I was only asked one interview question, which I was told all candidates answered the same way, making it unclear how they actually evaluated candidates. Despite being told I would receive an update by Friday, I heard nothing. After following up via email, I received no response and was left waiting for three weeks before finally hearing back. It felt like my application was kept as a backup in case their first choice didn’t clear the background check or sponsorship requirements. Overall, the experience made it seem like the hiring decision was arbitrary, and the lack of communication reflected poor organization. I would not recommend applying unless they improve their interview process.
