Completed an initial phone screening with HR and everything went fine. Was offered a 2nd interview in person with one of the heads of the marketing department. Interviewer had not taken time to review my resume and used a printed paper of interview questions that had been prompted from CHAT GPT. AI use was a big part of the job description, so I asked about training. Interviewer responded that I would receive approximately 2 weeks of training then I would be expected to complete most things on my own. After the interview, I sent a follow up email a week later to both the person from HR and the interviewer. After no response, I sent a second one the following week. Again, no response. Two weeks after that, I checked the website to see if the job was still listed and it was not. I could only assume at that point the position had been filled.
