The interview process was pretty quick and the recruiter response was fast too. The process is phone interview > hiring manager > technical interview > panel interview but I got stopped in hiring manager stage.

I then had a technical and soft skills interview with the support team. After these rounds, I was informed that the company was delaying decisions due to a sales week. The following week, I followed up and was told they were still shortlisting candidates. The week after that, I was reassured that I was still under consideration. However, after another follow-up, I was informed that they had already extended an offer to another candidate without proceeding to the final interview stage. The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication made the process frustrating and unprofessional from a candidate’s perspective.
