Informal interview was held in tired office space at "Corporate HQ" in Birmingham, MI. Rather unprofessional, as lead interviewer (CFO) had not prepared and was not familiar with job posting or my resume. Additionally. a subordinate to the position was among the interviewers. Interview started 10 minutes late, and lasted only 30 minutes. Company seems disorganized at best, struggling for direction with absentee leadership (founder).
