I had an interview with the recruiter, and then a really great phone screen with the lead, and finished up with a final round which consisted of an in person interview. First 30 minutes with manager, 2nd 30 minutes with the other leaders on the team.
Very easy - total of 3 interviews
First with recruiter of Magnit then manager and then senior management
Turnaround time was quick too . Each interview within a few days
