During the phone interview, CEO asked me a gazillion questions about my background and skills. She then proceeded to pick my brain for ideas for her company. She wanted to know what was the first thing I would do if hired, what my marketing plan would be, what changes I would suggest.

Following the background questions, I was asked about what I would do first if I got hired, followed by what my whole marketing plan would be. She also asked for suggestions on how to screen and match clients. She went overboard on praise for them.
