All interviews take the form of an informal chat, and are conducted in a very relaxed manner. This is a better way, as it allows for people with limited verbal ability to prove their ability within the trial period. Permanent contracts are awarded to individuals that prove their ability (Meritocracy), and will be given guidance and help when needed.
