Performed phone interview followed by 3 panel interviews. Also had to complete a skills assesment online

I applied on line and was reffered by an employee. It started with a phone interview all behavioral questions. A couple days later I was asked to come in and interview with a team of senior group leaders. There was three interviews with two employees. They were all sitiuational based questions.
