Went through a staffing agency with multiple interviews to be accepted for an interview with a talent acquisition. As I appreciated “feedback” - Their reason to not move forward was they stated I didn’t have enough management experience when I exceeded the minimum qualifications. They accepted my application in the first place and were aware of my experience that is laid out on my resume. They kept posting the position and it’s STILL being posted several times even a month after. They didn’t even give me the opportunity to prove myself . They are apparently looking for a unicorn for the position that doesn’t exist.
