They have 2 technical rounds and one techno managerial round. After all the rounds they do a de brief and offer you the job. The questions are easy to mediun level which most of react developers can clear. No focus on algorithms. They just want see if you can code or not. That's it. This was the easiest interview process I have ever faced. They will ask you react and Javascript concepts like a rapid fire round. All they want to know is that you have some basic conceptual knowledge of frontend and you are good to go. 90% of good candidates will clear the interview process and will be offered a job. But nobody joins them. Their internal office environment is bad as reflected in the ratings. They will delay the offer until your last working day so that candidate takes a hasty decision. That's the only way they have a chance of someone joining them. All of their recent hires joined like this. They will fight for thousands in the negotiation process and will make you feel that you are offered the best salary they can give. They are lying. Don't falll this trap. Don't even think of accepting their offer also.
