The interviewer asked general questions about me, then asked me about if I can handle working in the job ,I agreed and she told me that she will call me back when the job starts yet we live in morocco so even if you are qualified, someone else will come with people working from the inside and take the job, why even try to go for an interview if they are going to disregard your effort and push you to the side;

Pay is ridiculously low, especially for a position like this where employees suffer mental harm on a daily basis while working here. A reasonable payment would have made it more reasonable to request high level English proficiency. Although they stated they would examine all English proficiency levels on the application page the test they offered was absurd. I've never taken an exam like that before and even though my English is only b2 to c1, I found it quite difficult to focus on it. however, even though i believed i passed the test by at least 50% they rejected my application at the end.

Around 45min long. The interviewer was friendly, comprehensive, and professional. 3 parts: Get to know, questions regarding the role and how to act, and a roleplay based on a hard situations that could happen.
