The interview itself was standard, but included a fairly detailed and time consuming project. While this itself is fine, the team ghosted after the second interview and never got back to me. The company built its brand on empowering women, particularly in the workforce, so to not hear back after dedicating time and effort into the interview process feels disingenuous and was very disappointing.
