Pretty smooth interview process although it was completely virtual, except the last stage when I could meet all the employees in person.
1) Screening interview
2) It kicked off with a first stage which was really technical and mostly about systems design problems.
3) On the second stage I had a two way discussion round with a senior engineer from the team: previous projects retrospective.
4) Final round - had a video call with the CEO and it was great to discuss the vision and the values of this start-up, which was really convincing.
What I really appreciated in this interview process, is that interviewers took their time and checked out my git repo, so we really could talk about tech and it was engaging.
