I was called by the Human Resources Manager and arranged for an interview with her. Afterwards on the same day I met with the Regional Manager of the proposed worksite. I was provided with all of the employee policies upfront and wrote a statement about my experience and goals. After the meeting, I was told that I would hear back within a week or so. Roughly a week passed and I was offered the position.
