Positive, fun, relaxing, and I never felt uncomfortable during any part. It was really good to have Jeff in the room with me because of the friendship we have as well. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was already a part of the team because of how welcoming everyone was.

They were very prompt in responding, both to my initial application and throughout the interview process. They asked very thoughtful, in-depth questions and were very friendly. They treated me as if I was already part of the team throughout the process. My first interview was over the phone and lasted about 15 minutes. My next two interviews were in person at Malouf. The second interview was extensive and lasted about 45 minutes. The third interview was shorter, maybe 15 minutes for clarification questions. After that, I was taken on a tour of the building and ate lunch with the team. They extended the offer a couple of days later.
