The interview process was great. I was treated very professionally and friendly. The interviews were on time and I felt like the process and questions used were appropriate to the position.
It may be helpful to know about the try to get the interview process, since that is a step in getting or changing employment.
I applied three times for position(s) directly in my wheel house. (company web sight, walk in hard copy, and even spoke with the person hiring directly) With no disrespect intended to the products- they are just another widget and I've had several years (maybe that is the issue) of successful widget distribution and sales. So pretty confident selling a bed or bedding is the same formula- show the features, sell the benefits. While no interview(s) was disappointing... the lack of courtesy of just minimal contact thanking me for the effort to apply and a "sorry- you just don't fit" speaks volumes. I get it -they might be pretty busy. But to not have at the very least- the cold, electronic, one way communication, algorithm response trash can set up we seem to be so fond of now days, to say; " thanks, but no thanks". Might be a foul as well. You leave that cog of gratitude out of your dealer wheel and that wheel will grind to a slow halt eventually. Lots of good beds and bedding out there.

When I walked in for my interview the place was amazing! Everyone from the front area to the two men I interviewed with were wonderful. Very personable and cared about asking how your day was going.

They asked me what the first thing I would do if I got hired.
