The whole interview process took about 2 weeks. I spoke with the recruiter first to learn more about the role and then had individual calls with my potential manager and team members. The final call included a presentation of my 90-day plan. Throughout the process, the recruiter kept me updated on what was happening and what to expect next. I really felt like he was looking out for me. The entire experience was welcoming and respectful - I was excited right from the start to join this amazing organization!
