I had a phone interview with the recruiter that lasted about 30 minutes. The conversation was mostly focused on my background, resume, and interest in the role. The recruiter asked about my previous experience, why I was looking for a new opportunity, and what I was looking for in my next position. They also provided a brief overview of the company, the team, and what the interview process would look like going forward. It was a relaxed and informative chat, and the recruiter was professional, friendly, and clear about the next steps.

The interview process was basically first HR mapping of characteristics, experience, and skills, then an interview with the Country manager to share more about yourself and your background followed by a case presentation related to sales presentation, objection handling, and consultative view of a core banking proposal.

The interview process consists in talking with the HR's specialist, and them an interview with the head of the area, and also it was requested to perform a role play. All people that I talked with were very polite and very willing to help.
