I had a screening that went very well. Then completed a writing test. I met with several members of the team and the manager and all three of them were extremely dull and lacked any enthusiasm. I was in sales and know how to talk to people, but they all made it extremely awkward. One person also had their dog come into the interview and it was crawling all over the place even when I mentioned I was allergic. Unprofessional.
