Group -style case resolution. First part of the interview everyone introduced themselves and gave some background on themselves. Then, the case was presented, and a discussion was opened between the applicants. Halfway through, the language was changed from spanish to english. Then, a representative was selected to present the findings and the results to the interviewers.

Initial phase in order to evaluate financial, numerical and language skills in addition to a group dynamic session with other candidates in order to evaluate communication and teamwork skills.
Second phase: HR interview. Resume review with the interviewer.
