Very unprofessional experience dealing with the main recruiter throughout. First, I met recruiter at a information session on campus and was told by her to email her my resume but she never responds or contacts me back.
Weeks later, same recruiter I met, acts like she never met me in person and contacts me through linkedin to apply for their "junior analyst" position. When I respond with interest for more info she doesn't reply and ignores me again.
3 months later another recruiter from the NY office contacts me and schedules a google hangout interview with the same unprofessional recruiter who's been contacting and ignoring me. On the day of the interview , the recruiter is 15 minutes late and came off rude and looked uninterested throughout the interview.
Have not heard back since that interview and honestly I don't care if I do. I wouldn't want to work for a firm that has a unprofessional and disrespectful recruiter representing them like the one I dealt with all year.

Bueno y rápido, no requiere de mucho esfuerzo del candidato pero si de conocimiento acerca de la empresa donde te preguntarán si ya los conoces y cual ha sido tu acercamiento con esa empresa

Scheduled for a screening and then a first round group interview, then was told that we would head back in two weeks but was completely ghosted, I would avoid this company at all cost, it seems like they are only looking for a specific ethnicity to work for them, and they are also very unprofessional, pay seems to be below market as well, and the project they worked on are also very niche and limited, so I would say to avoid this company no matter what.

The interview process involved several rounds, but communication afterward was extremely poor. After completing the interviews, I never received a formal update, rejection, or feedback. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks went unanswered.
