Colloquio
I applied to the Business Consultant role in the London office. The process took around 3 months and consisted of 5 stages.
First stage was an initial phone call after my application where the HR lady asked simple questions like why management solutions why consulting etc. it was only a 5 minute conversation.
The next stage was a sort of assessment day in their office which consisted of a numerical test (not too challenging) and a group exercise where we were consulting for the government and had to find a way to reduce congestion in central London.
After this there was a 1 hour Skype call with a head of HR from their Madrid office, just going through CV and experience.
4th round was an hour interview with a Manager in their office, again going through CV and experience with a more technical side as well with some technical questions.
5th round was an interview with the partner in their London office. This lasted about 30 minutes.
Overall everyone I met seemed nice and professional. The HR head was really nice to talk to and quite warming, the manager I met was slightly more serious and stern but still nice, and the Partner I met I really liked, was very easy to talk.
However during the application stage I was slightly put off by the way they handled it. After the interview with my manager I heard nothing back from them for over a month. It was after a month and a week they emailed me asking for my availability for the final interview with no explanation of the long time without. After complaining someone from their HR department called me to apologise - fair enough. After that the interview with the partner was rescheduled twice, meaning I had to buy 3 train tickets overall which was not refunded. To round things off the partner was 20 minutes late to the interview.
Everyone was nice and the partner apologised twice for the lateness which again I appreciated but all of these complications during the process showed a real lack of both organisation and respect for a potential employee.
I received an offer but this was far far below the average market rate for management consulting. Throughout the process they did stress that it could be potentially long hours and occasionally bad treatment from clients - both of these are a norm in the consulting industry and I was prepared for that, however I do feel compensation should reflect the work you would be doing.
I decided to reject the offer. Working there would look good for the CV and potentially interesting work as their main clients are large banks. But the offer and interview process made me decide it wasn't for me.

Talk me through your CV. Why your university? Why your course? Why management solutions? Why consulting?

Bueno y rápido, no requiere de mucho esfuerzo del candidato pero si de conocimiento acerca de la empresa donde te preguntarán si ya los conoces y cual ha sido tu acercamiento con esa empresa

Scheduled for a screening and then a first round group interview, then was told that we would head back in two weeks but was completely ghosted, I would avoid this company at all cost, it seems like they are only looking for a specific ethnicity to work for them, and they are also very unprofessional, pay seems to be below market as well, and the project they worked on are also very niche and limited, so I would say to avoid this company no matter what.

The interview process involved several rounds, but communication afterward was extremely poor. After completing the interviews, I never received a formal update, rejection, or feedback. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks went unanswered.
