One introductory phone call to ask about my profile and goals and to set an HR interview. Followed by the HR interview via video conference - classic interview questions (strengths/weaknesses / flaws/intentions for the job etc), followed interview with manager in which case studies are presented, knowledge on the global market and economy is tested. Finally interview with partner. Here no more content questions are asked, but mostly what it is you want and what they would offer you.

The process took about 6 rounds, 2 of them were case studies and the rest behavioral. Overall the process was straightforward and allowed me to understand how the company operated. I began interviewing late August and didn't get an offer until December.
