It was a induction day style interview. This involved us having an intro into the company and also the role we will be doing. We had two dining style exercises that we had to do like setting up an example table and also doing a little wine pouring. It was good. I had a brief interview and I got the job! I worked there for two years

The questions are easy; most on customer service and leadership competency questions. It's very easy to pass ecspecially if you have precious experience to answer these questions with.
If you impress them, then you are invited for a further VIP screening where they decide if you can wait on their VIP staff.
