Brief in person interview. People were nice. Asked about my previous experience. Discussed work hours and expectations. Overall easy interview. Very nice people.

Hiring process was very casual. The job posting was made to online classified ad website (I believe it was craigslist). I applied and I was soon contacted by an individual from the firm for an interview.
The interview process was very informal. I met with Allan and he did most of the talking about the opportunities in the firm and what kind of work that I can expect at the firm. He asked few questions about my goals and such but overall, the interview ended very quickly.
Soon after the interview, I was contacted by another individual person from the firm who asked when I can start.
