      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Manheim (Elkridge Heights, MD) nel mese di giu 2021

      Colloquio

      Unprofessional hiring process would not recommend anyone waste their time with it. I was initially contacted within 12 hours of applying and told that the hiring process was moving very quickly. They requested a phone interview but the soonest they could schedule me was 10 days out. I took off an hour from work to do the phone interview then it was rescheduled about 8 minutes before it started with no explanation through a email calendar notification. After completing the phone interview 4 days later I was told to come in for an in-person interview. They offered me six times slots none of which were convenient. I replied within 2 hours for the most convenient time slots then was told those were taken. I then had to play this weird guessing game trying to find which time slots were left instead of them just telling me which ended up in this very long email chain where they kept telling me the time slot I wanted wasn't available. I asked for alternative arrangements and was offered none. I was forced to take a day off work for this interview. I had to email no less than 4 people just to get a confirmation of my interview time. Once at the site I was giving very little instruction on where to go and was greeted with employees who seemed completely mystified that somebody would be there for a job interview. It's a good thing I showed up 20 minutes early because it took about 20 minutes for them to figure out where I was supposed to be. The first half of the interview was great with the people I would have been working with and then the corporate part of the interview came afterwards where I got all the weird hypothetical questions that HR departments love so much. I left the interview not wanting the job and was not disappointed when they didn't give me the offer. They told me to apply for more Cox/Manheim jobs but I definitely won't. Overall the hiring process was extremely unprofessional and a massive waste of time.
