Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin; 1 initial interview with recruiter; 1 prep interview with recruiter; 1 phone screen with Director of UX <15 min; 1 in-person panel interview w/Director & 2 others on team; rapport was great with recruiter and team; I thought it was a done deal; then they hired someone internally.
