5 phone interviews with 4 people: HR screening person, direct supervisor, former regional supervisor and another HR rep. All interviews were over the phone, which was strange. The person that hired me was about 250 miles away, so it was all over the phone. There was a very simple assessment needed prior to getting the offer.
