Manpower really invests in their clients by coaching them for interviews with prospective employers. You will receive an initial phone interview from Manpower. Once they decide to move forward, you will have a interview coaching session in preparation for the "real" interview with the prospective customer.

Walked in to a very disorganized, busy office, waited 30 mins for a 5 min interview. Once I interviewed on the job site I was hired immediately for through confusion for a different position. I accepted thinking it was HR Generalist - permanent and it was actually Admin Assisstant temporary!
