I received an email from the internal Recruiter. All was well with the initial process. Once I spoke to the decision maker, things changed. She informed me that she would follow up to schedule a face to face. I never heard from them again. It was great until she decided to be unprofessional and not follow up with a simple phone call or email.

asked about past experience and job expectations, they also share about how their internal structure works and check whether I have any questions to ask, interviewer was nice and willing to answer my questions. but other staff was quite busy.
I had a great experience with the interview process. It began with a phone interview, which was followed by a second-round virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. Both interviews were well-organized, and the communication was clear throughout. Shortly after completing both rounds, I received an offer — the turnaround was impressively quick. Overall, the process was efficient, respectful, and made me feel valued as a candidate
