Initial phone screening and then face to face interview.
I didn’t feel the recruiter from ManPower actually listened to what I was looking for and had already decided they wanted me for the job regardless of my needs and wants. I declined the offer for this reason.

Ik was eerst via linked in benaderd, gevolgd door een telefonische screening en daarna een telefonish interview gepland door een ander persoon. Vervolgens was ik gebeld door dezelfde recruiter (!) wie meteen startte met "wat is je motivatie" etc. Ik bedoel wie had wie benaderd? En na 10 minuten van de hele gesprek was het al haar duidelijk dat ik niet genoeg motivatie had. Hoe kan ik genoeg motivatie hebben als zij had mij zelf een bericht had gestuurd. Omgekeerde wereld dus.

1 stage interview, two interviewers manager and senior coordinator. Competency based interview, quite relaxed and calm. No questions from out of the blue as all based on experience.
