Interview process was ordinary. Questions about my work history and experience with the devices we would be assembling. I expressed I had no knowledge of the devices but was told my background as an electrician would suffice. Upon receiving a job offer I was given a binder with safety procedures and shown a video explaining an aspect of the job I was rarely a part of. Work was slow until the last quarter and then it was rushed. No real structure.
