I emailed my resume to a recruiter at Manpower. He called me the next day for a phone interview. Then he scheduled an onsite interview. The person that interviewed me didn't really ask me too many questions, he had me shadow another recruiter on the floor the entire time. Then after I'd shadowed he asked me how I liked the role.

Easy, basic interview questions - practice your responses in STAR method. Study up on the job description as well. Overall the experience took 2 weeks to a month total. Would recommend for anyone looking for a new start in a career and looking to build experience as well. You can grow with the company because they have so many different clients you can explore.

Not hard, Nice Lady and overall a good experience The interview was avarage and did kot last very long. Overall good information about the role and the opportunity to ask questions.
Pretty straightforward interview, but I did not hear anything back from the recruiter for a job that I was over-qualified for. Seems kinda sus to me, but that's life I guess.
