A two stage interview process, with one coding test and then a single interview to go over the test and ask you questions.
They ask you if you have consulting experience and ask you to go through a couple of architecture questions.
In the end, they ghosted me *and* in within the same day, they posted on LinkedIn how they were one of the best places to work in Australia.
Avoid them like the plague.

They contacted me multiple times for this role, even multiple times a day and then after the second interview they are ghosted for a few weeks. Whenever I followed up they said they were busy and eventually told me they don’t want to go ahead without giving me any clear feedback or comments. They have been looking for this role for months now and they clearly don’t know what they want and keep changing the title and job role.
Why keep the candidate waiting when you don’t want to go ahead? Also why not give candidate clear feedback instead of ghosting them.

Colloquio
First a screening interview. Then a technical interview with two engineers but one of them hasn't been working as an engineer for a long time. And a final interview for culture/team fit. The whole process took a bit more than 2 months.
