Sofia headhunted me from a life sciences recruitment company. We had an initial conversation, Sofia went through all of the highlights of the business and what I can expect. It was lovely and she answered all of my questions and I was very excited about the opportunity. I then got asked to interview which went through the company giving my insight into their goals and the opportunity. I really enjoyed the efficient process. Absolutely Brilliant!
