I applied online, My resume was shortlisted followed by an telephonic interview. The HR asked few questions like past experiences, tech stack etc. Then I was asked to complete an online assignment which took me whole 1 day to complete it (since they want to me to use some different library for assignment . Following which they rejected me and didn't offer to interview for the position. Kinda! unprofessional behavior. Rather a 1 hour online assessment is better than their current recruitment process. I spent my 24 hours for their so called assignment only to loose the opportunity to interview.
