I handed in my resume and within a week I was emailed a code test from HackerRank. I did well, and after another week I was contacted by a recruiter. They told me that they were impressed with my code assessment and after a few questions (what I'm looking for, my experience, etc) they told me they would be in touch. I didn't hear back from them for a couple of weeks, and I kept reaching out. Eventually they got back to me telling me that I'm no longer eligible for the position, but that they will look for something else. A couple more weeks and they got back to me wanting to schedule an interview. A few days later I had an in-person interview and did a pair programming exercise followed by a series of questions to determine company fit. I got an offer a couple of days later.
