it was a really nice interview, they make you feel at ease and the questions aren't that tough, do make it a point to reply concisely and factually, its more about how you present yourself and your communication skills

Standard straight forward process. HR screening call followed by a hiring manager interview. Next was a director-level interview (which I did not get selected for). Application to rejection confirmation finished in one month. The first part of calls and interviews is finished within 2 weeks, then the selection/rejection takes the next 2 weeks.
This role was a hybrid one - with only 2-3 days per week or biweekly office commute needed to Oakville office. My expectations for compensation were a bit high, but the HR corrected me and told me their range and asked if I was okay with that. (Rather than outright rejecting me on that point without clarifying).
The hiring manager was very polite and courteous. She appreciated a good sense of humour and seemed very practical and considerate in her approach. Most of my questions were situational and behavioural since this was an entry-level position and did not need much technical know-how. The interview was on Microsoft Teams.
