Then I was asked to play a game, which required me to arrange 12 cards including family, achievement, leadership, based on how you prioritize each of them in your life.

Although it was advertised as a management trainee role, during the interview it became clear from the interviewer’s comments that it was actually a job selling insurance. The interviewer was very arrogant and seemed to look down on students without a business background.

You need to pass the CV round, then in round 2 you will be tested on your ability including IQ, T/F/NG, reading. Round 3 will be a direct interview with HR, director, 1 person from last year's program. Everyone is very comfortable and friendly. Wish you a successful interview
